Live Long With Herring

The oldest person in the world died at 115 years of age today. “Henny” van Andel-Schipper, from Hoogeveen, Netherlands, died in her sleep last night.

Her world record age was recorded by Guiness last year, and she said the secret to long life was to “keep breathing” and eat pickled herring.

Looks like I’m all set then.
