Autistic Basketball Miracle
Although it happened 9 days ago, word of Jason McElwain’s first and last high school basketball game has started sweeping around the country today. J-Mac, as his friends call him, is autistic and was the team manager at Greece Athena High School in Rochester, NY. Then he got the chance of a lifetime… his coach told him he was going to be able to suit up for their last game.
Although there was no promise he would play, Jason went into the game with 4 minutes remaining… the rest, as they say, is history…
