Watch The Road
I drive 40 miles to and from work now. I’m fine with it really – as long as I’m going TO work. It seems that every single frigging day, theres an accident on the way home – usually on the OTHER SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY… which for some reason is backing up traffic 15 miles.
I have an idea: watch the god damn road in front of you and keep your foot on the gas so I can get home. I’m not interested in taking a 45 minute delay, waiting in line to see an accident heading the other direction.
Rubber-necked idiots.
On a brighter note, we have a new futon-ish thing in the basement now. Looks nice and modern, is mildly comfy to sit on, but only sleeps one. Still gonna need a blow-up bed for company.
