I have an exciting weekend ahead.
I’ve been with Mandi for a couple of weeks now, and things with us have been wonderful. We have similar core values, compatible ways of communicating, and interestingly enough - very different interests. These different interests seem to be able to keep us strong individually, but allow us to enjoy things together that we may not take the time to enjoy otherwise.
Ok, I think that’s about all i can say.. without her kicking me. ;)
Her mom is very important to her and I get to take a day trip this Sunday to go meet her. It’s very exciting… and a little nerve-racking, as I understand how close they are and how much this day means to Mandi.
It’s supposed to be a beautiful day weather-wise, the drive is only about an hour, so we should get to spend plenty of time outside eating and chatting. I’m looking forward to it!

I think that it’s funny that you’re worried about meeting Chris. The combination of Chris and Elisa is what you should worry about!!!! Don’t forget to bring some protection when you meet Scott!! But all three of us would kick you ass if ya hurt Mandi. Just kidding. Can’t wait to meet you.

The only thing you need to worry about with Chris is that she decides it’s time for you to go, it’s time for you to go! Christmas Eve she didn’t even give us the chance to say good-bye & give hugs, she just kicked us right out the door.
If you have any problems with Scott, just let me know….as Mandi put it so gracefully, I have the upper hand!
