iPhone CAPS Lock
Can’t believe I didn’t find this two years ago.
Settings -> General -> Keyboard Then turn Caps Lock on.
To use it, click the caps button twice on the keyboard. When it turns blue, it’s on lock. Tapping it once still brings up caps for one character.
